The house is reached along a path next to the beach and by steps at side of the house.
Parking is on the road or nearby parking areas.
You can arrive by sea (ask for details).
We are very sorry but the house is not suitable for wheelchair access, or children under 5 years due to its location and steps.
House Rules
No smoking anywhere inside or on the premises.
Check in after 4pm and check out 9.30am.
No pets.
No over occupancy.
No stag or hen parties.
BBQ to be cleaned after use.
House to be left in good condition, dishes etc washed and put away.
Breakages to be paid for.
All rubbish cleared from house and deposited in correct bins outside.
Please respect the property and the neighbourhood.
Payment and cancellations
Deposit to be paid on confirmation of booking.
Full payment due 8 weeks before arrival.
Cancellations must be made at least 8 weeks prior full refund.
4-8 weeks 25% refund.
4 weeks or less no refund.
